What TafutaTZ Is

TafutaTZ is an independent travel directory for Tanzania. We help visitors find places and tour operators. We do not take bookings or payments, and we are not part of any agreement between a visitor and a business.

For Travellers

• Listings show information given to us by the businesses themselves. We label it clearly, but we can’t guarantee it is complete, current or accurate.
• Badges mean exactly what they say. “Licence shown” means the operator showed us a licence. It does not mean we have checked it with the authorities. “Visited by TafutaTZ” means we have met the business in person on the date shown.
• Before you pay or travel, confirm prices, licences, vehicles and insurance directly with the business, and read recent reviews.
• We don’t endorse or guarantee any business, and we are not responsible for the services they provide.
• Spotted something wrong or unsafe? Tell us at info@tafutatz.com and we’ll review it quickly.

For Businesses

• Listing is free. Every new listing and every edit is reviewed before it goes live.
• Only list a business you own or officially represent. Only upload information and photos you have the right to share.
• Tour operators must show us a valid TALA licence before going live. We only publish the number with your permission.
• Keep your listing accurate. Tell us about changes at listings@tafutatz.com or on WhatsApp.
• We may edit, pause or remove any listing at any time, for example if information is false, a licence can’t be confirmed, or we receive safety complaints.
• We only use your contact details to manage your listing. We don’t sell them.
